3. Response to DMCA Notice

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will review the claim and may remove the allegedly infringing material or take appropriate action. We will also notify the user who uploaded the content in question and provide them with an opportunity to file a counter-notice.

4. Counter-Notice

If you believe that your content has been removed in error or due to a misunderstanding, you may submit a counter-notice. A counter-notice must include the following information:

  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in the jurisdiction where you are located or where Captionslab.org is based.

5. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA, we reserve the right to terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe upon the copyrights of others.
